Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 16, 2025

At THB Silver, each piece of jewellery is crafted with care and quality. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags, box, and invoice

Proof Required: Please share a clear photo or video of the issue (damage/defect/wrong item) via email or WhatsApp.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and purity reasons, we do not accept returns for the following:

  • Products that are custom-made or personalized

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Orders returned after 24 hours of delivery

  • Items without original packaging or invoice

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

  2. Mention your Order ID, describe the issue, and attach relevant photos/videos.

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange for reverse pickup (where available) or guide you to courier the item back.

  4. The item must reach us within 7 working days from return approval.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock and cannot be replaced

  • Return is received and approved after quality check

  • Order was cancelled and payment was completed

Refund timeline:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (UPI/Card/Wallet) within 7–10 business days.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacements

If the same product is available, we will replace it at no additional cost. If not, you may choose from a similar item or request a full refund.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed as dispatch may have started.
