Welcome to THB Silver. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.thbsilver.com and the services offered. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General

  • This website is owned and operated by THB Silver, located at:
    No. 18, Venkatachalam Lane, Rattan Bazaar, Chennai - 600003, Tamil Nadu, India.

  • The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to THB Silver; "you" refers to the customer or website visitor.

  • We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

2. Products and Services

  • We specialize in silver jewellery, handcrafted and machine-finished pieces.

  • All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

  • We reserve the right to limit sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in INR (Indian Rupees) and inclusive of applicable GST.

  • We accept payments via Paytm Payment Gateway, UPI, and major debit/credit cards.

  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

  • In case of payment failure, the order will not be confirmed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship across India and select international destinations.

  • Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days, subject to product availability.

  • Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

  • THB Silver is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or customs in case of international shipping.

5. Return, Replacement & Cancellation

  • Return and replacement are available only in case of damaged or defective products, reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind, size issues, or general dislike after delivery.

  • Cancellations can be made within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, cancellations may not be guaranteed.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

  • Transmit viruses or harmful code

  • Violate our intellectual property rights
