At THB Silver, we are committed to delivering your silver jewellery with speed, care, and reliability. This Shipping Policy outlines the methods, timelines, charges, and terms related to our order dispatch and delivery processes.

1. Shipping Locations

  • Domestic Shipping: Available across India through trusted courier partners.

  • International Shipping: Available to select countries. Please email us at thbsilver@gmail.com before placing an international order.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Custom or bulk orders may take longer depending on design and availability.

  • You will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp message once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking link.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping (India): ₹60–₹150 based on location and order value.

  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied on orders above ₹1,999 within India.

  • International Shipping: Charges will be calculated based on country and weight. Please contact us before checkout.

5. Courier Partners

We use trusted courier services like Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, Blue Dart, and others, depending on the pin code and serviceability.

6. Order Tracking

Once shipped, your order will be assigned a tracking number. You will receive a tracking link by email or WhatsApp to follow your package’s journey.

7. Delivery Issues

  • Delay in Delivery: If your parcel is delayed beyond the normal timeline, contact us at thbsilver@gmail.com with your order ID.

  • Undelivered/Returned Orders: If the delivery attempt fails due to wrong address/phone number or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

  • Damaged Parcels: If the package appears tampered or damaged, do not accept it and notify us immediately.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Currently unavailable. All orders must be prepaid through our secure payment gateway.

9. Packaging Assurance

All jewellery items are packed in tamper-proof, moisture-resistant boxes to ensure safe delivery. Fragile items are securely cushioned.
