At THB Silver, we take care to pack and dispatch your orders safely. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping locations, processing times, delivery timelines, charges, tracking, and delivery-related issues.

1. Shipping Locations

Domestic Shipping: We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

International Shipping: International shipping is available to selected countries. Please contact us at thbsilver@gmail.com/ whatsapp +916369335618  before placing an international order to confirm availability and shipping charges.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

• Custom, personalised, and bulk orders may require additional processing time depending on the product, design, quantity, and availability.

• Once your order has been dispatched, we will share the tracking details with you by email or WhatsApp.

3. Shipping Charges

India

• Standard shipping charges: ₹60–₹150, depending on the delivery location and order value.

• Free shipping is available on eligible orders above ₹1,999 within India.

International

International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and applicable courier charges. Please contact us before placing an international order for the applicable shipping cost.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities in India: 3–5 business days

Other Cities & Locations: 5–8 business days

International Orders: 10–15 business days

International delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, courier service, and other factors beyond our control.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Courier Partners

Depending on the delivery location and service availability, we may use courier partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, Blue Dart, or other reliable logistics providers.

6. Order Tracking

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number or tracking link through email or WhatsApp.

You can use the tracking details to monitor the status of your shipment.

7. Delivery Issues

Delayed Delivery
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at thbsilver@gmail.com with your order ID.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please make sure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, incorrect phone number, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Tampered Package
If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please take photographs/videos of the package and contact us as soon as possible. Where possible, customers should avoid accepting visibly damaged or tampered packages.

8. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable.

All orders must be paid in advance through the available payment methods at the time of purchase.

9. Packaging

We take appropriate care when packaging our products for transportation.

• Silver products are securely packed to reduce the risk of damage during transit.

• Fragile products are provided with additional protective packaging where required.

• Packaging may vary depending on the size and nature of the product.

10. International Orders

For international shipments:

• Shipping availability depends on the destination country.

• Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance.

• Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country may be payable by the customer.
