At THB Silver, we carefully ensure the quality of every product. Please review our policy before placing an order.

1. Returns & Replacements

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• You contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• The product is unused and in original condition, with packaging and invoice.

• Clear photos/videos of the issue are provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Custom-made or personalized products

• Products damaged due to misuse

• Returns requested after 24 hours

• Items without original packaging or invoice

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where available or provide return instructions. The product must reach us within 7 working days of approval.

4. Refunds

Refunds are applicable when:

• A replacement is unavailable

• A returned product passes our quality check

• An eligible order is cancelled after payment

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this, cancellation is subject to dispatch status.
